Check out one of my favorite places in Southern California -The Self Realization Fellowship and Meditation Gardens in Encinitas. Located on the cliffs overlooking the pacific ocean, the place offers a canopy and refuge from the sun, spectacular views and benches to sit in dynamic stillness. Soften your eyes or invite them to close as you drift with the wind and sound of running water.
