Yoga with Blocks for Beginners


Hello friends!  This here is a 30 minute yoga flow with blocks (although in the video I say 20 minute ;).  It is specifically designed with individuals exploring or returning back to yoga in mind.  Blocks literally bring the earth closer and are incredibly supportive, stabilizing and balance the body weight from pose to pose.  Not to worry if you do not have blocks, you can flow with me without them!

This flow targets the hip joint, the psoas, and hamstrings.  Take your time and enjoy the entire process.  Give yourself time to dive deep, stretch, and integrate your efforts, just a little encouragement for you to enjoy each pose, especially the last one and not rush it.
