Learn Sun Salutation B!
After a brief warm up, Ilona will guide you through each pose in the yoga sequence. You will then get a chance to feel the power of the salutation with a smooth flow linking breath with movement.
Once you master, become more comfortable with, the moves/poses you get to choose your own pace! Preform the flow briskly for an enlivening effect or slowly if you’re in the mood to chill out. Add Surya Namaskar A for a longer practice or an added challenge. Remember, this is YOUR time, you set the rules. DO as many or as little of these as you like. Quality over quantity. Always.
